Store Policies

 

By making a purchase with MyInflatables.com, you agree to the following policies. 

MyInflatables.com sells NEW and Sample Airblown Inflatables. NEW Airblowns are unopened Airblowns sold new in a retail display box. Sample Airblowns are noted in the item description and clearly states what a Sample is. If it does not say "Sample" in the description, then you are purchasing a NEW Airblown!

SHIPPING: MyInflatables.com ONLY uses UPS to ship products. We ONLY ship to physical addresses in the continental US (we do NOT ship to PO Boxes and APOs). If you make a purchase and are located outside the US, we will immidiately cancel the order. We currently do NOT ship items boxed in extra outside box. Meaning if it is a display box, it will be sent that way, with no extra outside box. Although we will combine multiple purchases into one bigger box for shipping. All shipments are sent insured from UPS. 
NOTICE:
We will not ship to alternate addresses. Only exception is if you are a current drop shipper! All other orders MUST be shipped to billing address. If you try to put another address we will automatically cancel the order.
No shipping to freight services
We will not ship to freight / cargo centers specifically in CA or FL. If you place an order and have it shipped to one of these warehouses, we will cancel the order!


ETA: Once you have placed an order with MyInflatables.com it takes approx. 2 business days for the order to be processed and then it is shipped via UPS. Due to our large selection sometimes items will arrive from different warehouses througout the country. If you place an order for multiple items, be aware that you may receive a package one day with one item and then a day or two later another package with the rest. Standard time of delivery is 3-10 days after order is placed.

PAYMENTS:
 MyInflatables.com accepts payments using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or Paypal payments.

RETURNS: MyInflatables.com will replace any defective merchandise within 5 days of customer receipt. We recommend that immideately upon receiving your package that you test your Inflatable for any defects. After 5 days we will NOT accept any returns for any reason. If you do have a problem please contact our customer service at sales@myinflatables.com . We will issue a RA # for you to return the package. We will not accept any returns without a RA number marked on the box. Shipping back to our store is the resoponsibilty of you unless we sent you the incorrect item. After we receive the item and it has been inspected, we will either send you another one of the same item, or refund your purchase. 

Our qunatities can change and we reserve the right to refund any purchase due to items that are no longer available. MyInflatables.com is not responsible for typographical errors.
